Thank you for participating in the Northern Real Farming Conference (NRFC) 2021! NRFC is organised by LESS (Lancaster District) CIC, company number 06181400. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket Fees
- All attendees must register to participate in the online or in-person conference.
- Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
- Income from ticket fees go towards covering the cost of the event. Any surplus is used to support and develop NRFC events and/or as a contribution to LESS overheads and related non-profit activities. Your ticket purchase helps make NRFC possible. Thank you for your support.
- Cancellation policy
- In the event that the in-person gathering of NRFC 2021 is cancelled for any reason, all in-person tickets will be refunded in full minus a handling charge of £5.
- Liability
- NRFC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, sickness or damage to any participant or their property occurring during or after the event.
- Accessibility
- If there are any needs or concerns that have not been addressed by the event organisers, please do get in touch at ellen@lessuk.org
- Refund Policy and Transfer of Tickets
- From Friday, 12 November, refunds will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the ticket price.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ellen@lessuk.org by Friday, 12 November for the online conference and Monday, 29 November 2021 for the in-person gathering. Regrettably, no refunds will be provided after this date.
- Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
- If you would like to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please contact ellen@lessuk.org by Friday, 12 November for the online conference and Monday, 28 November 2021 for the in-person gathering.
- Code of Conduct
- NRFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment. If an attendee engages in harassing behaviour, the NRFC team will take appropriate action, including issuing a warning or expelling them from the event with no refund.
- Actions taken for violation of the Code of Conduct are at the sole discretion of NRFC staff and volunteers.
- Conference sessions are not to be used to promote company services.
- Photography, Video and Audio Recording Consent
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness and voice in connection with the production, exhibition and advertising of any photography, video and/or audio recording of this online and in-person event and/or any element thereof.
- Programme Changes
- NRFC reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time and for whatever reason.
