The NRFC gathering is kindly hosted by Lancaster City Council, as part of their work and strategy to mitigate the climate emergency.
The main conference sessions and lunches (which can be booked at a later date, or you can bring your own) will take place in Lancaster Town Hall (Dalton Square, Lancaster, LA1 1PJ). This is a short (15 min) walk from the Train Station. Please enter the Town Hall via the George Street entrance.
Evening meals and other entertainment are able to be booked separately, or you can make your own arrangements.

Covid-19
The event is being held at Lancaster Town Hall. The event has been risk assessed and protocols to minimise the risks of Covid-19 will be in place. These are outlined below. Please note that all participants will need to undertake lateral flow tests prior to attending, and will need to provide proof of a negative test. The number of participants will be limited, and where possible distancing within the venue will be advised. Masks are required inside the venue.
There will be transport arranged for the farm visits. Masks are required when you are travelling to the farms.
